Sniping requires precision, accuracy and power at a long range. No matter how good of a paintball sniper you are if your gun is not very powerful, accurate or quiet you are not going to be very good. The main issue with most paintball sniper rifles is most are not as accurate as you would like at long ranges. This makes it obviously difficult to be an effective sniper.

As part of Rap4’s Tippmann tactical team, the X7 Phenom Sidewinder is the .68 cal high end paintball sniper rifle with the Tippmann X7 Phenom marker as the base. Designed for long range accurate shooting, the Rap4 Sidewinder is equipped with a powerful 9x32 sniper scope, adjustable stock and an 18 inch tactical rifled barrel plus realistic looking MK23 silencer. The X7 Phenom Sidewinder sniper rifle is chocked full of accessories the helps keep the paintball flying more accurately and farther.

The Sidewinder’s tactical sniper scope mount allows the precision 9x32 sniper scope to be offset from the gun, making it easier to use while wearing a paintball mask. It also offers a couple extra mount platforms on the side and top to attach other cool tactical accessories, like a laser sight or shorter distance scope for closer target acquisition. The X7 Phenom Sidewinder Sniper rifle marker also comes with a 200 round low profile hopper that works well positionally with the offset scope mount/sniper scope set up.

The X7 Phenom is the first Tippmann marker to use a spool valve as its operating system. Because it uses a spool valve it is extremely smooth with no recoil kick at all. On top of the improved performance from the spool valve, the X7 Phenom is also electric however mechanical as well. This means it will still operate even if the battery dies while in the middle of a game and will be able to continue to fire.

The X7 Phenom Sidewinder sniper marker uses CO2 or compressed air to get its extraordinary power. While being amazingly powerful, this high tech sniper rifle is surprisingly consistent and efficient. A new FlexValve design in the X7 Phenom operates below 300 PSI around 267 PSI per shot, every shot! This allows for an amazing 1,400+ shots from a common 68 cubic inch 4500 psi tank!

The Tippmann X7 Phenom paintball sniper rifle also sports an advanced internal gas line, regulator, external velocity adjustment and re-designed cyclone feed system that feeds up to 15 balls per second without batteries. The Rap4 X7 Phenom Sidewinder sniper has a compact, aluminum body that's extremely lightweight, reliable and ultra sturdy. This tactical paintball marker is accurate, fast, powerful and easy to carry, making it perfect for traveling with in scenario sniping missions.
