The padding on the Empire 2011 Grind Elbow pads is second to none. Gel padding is sewn into the foam core for the softest, hard landings. Kevlar patches are also sewn onto the outer elbow to combat abrasions. These elbow pads are also some of the most comfortable in the game. Internal vents are also sewn into the padding for great ventilation.

Thumb hole loops prevent your elbow pads from sliding when diving; velcro wrist straps also keep your pads in place when in the thick of battle action and while offering terrific wrist support. You can also customize the fit of these pads with an adjustable bicep strap and compression stretch mesh.
